We ask you to send or deliver the received goods within 7 days to the warehouse of SIA “MEDIA EKSPERTI”: Sesku iela 63- 53, Rīga, LV-1082.

Note!

During the term of exercising the right to return the goods, you can use the product only for the time required to inspect the product, in the same manner as if before purchasing the item at the regular store.

Consumer responsibility implies that the consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the product or its use contrary to good faith, if the product is used during the exercise of the right to return the goods, exceeding the limits necessary to establish and verify its properties and type.

You are obliged to return the goods to the specified address within 14 days from the date of sending the form for registration of the right to withhold (please attach the original packaging of the goods).

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This right will expire 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for damage to the goods if they have been used for other purposes.

Consequences of using the right of withhold

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments made by you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of choosing a shipping method other than our most cost-efficient standard shipping method), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date we were notified of your decision to terminate this agreement. Refunds are made via bank transfer. We may delay refunds until we receive the item back and verify its condition.
